Preparation Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5–7 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Chop green cabbage into bite-sized pieces and dice tomatoes. Rinse and drain black beans and sweet corn.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, layer chopped cabbage, seasoned beef mixture, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Toss together until well mixed.
  4. Sprinkle Fritos corn chips over the top, followed by shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Drizzle ranch or Southwest-style dressing over the top. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
