Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Easy Beef Stew
  1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Brown beef chuck cubes for 4-5 minutes on each side, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add more vegetable oil if needed. Sauté chopped onion for 5 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
