- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a baking dish or loaf pan.
- Sauté the chopped onions in olive oil until translucent, about 5 minutes, then add minced garlic and herbs.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, soaked breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and the cooled onion mixture. Add the egg and mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup and brown sugar. Brush the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
