Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by slicing the flank steak thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness. Chop your favorite vegetables like bell peppers and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and grate ginger.
  2. Boil a pot of water and cook your noodles according to the package instructions, usually about 3 to 5 minutes for egg noodles. Drain and toss with a drizzle of oil. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds. Then, add soy sauce, honey, and a splash of water. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
