Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by slicing the flank steak thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness. Chop your favorite vegetables like bell peppers and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and grate ginger.
- Boil a pot of water and cook your noodles according to the package instructions, usually about 3 to 5 minutes for egg noodles. Drain and toss with a drizzle of oil. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds. Then, add soy sauce, honey, and a splash of water. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked beef and chopped vegetables back to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Gently fold the cooked noodles into the mixture. Stir everything together for about 2 minutes until noodles are heated through.
- Plate your Sticky Beef Noodles and garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and a squeeze of lime juice. Serve hot.
