Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients to streamline your cooking process.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to a greased 9x5-inch baking dish and shape it into an even loaf.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Korean BBQ sauce, honey, gochujang, and rice vinegar. Reserve a portion for glazing later.
  5. Brush half of the prepared glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
