For the Wrapping
  • 8 sheets Rice Paper Wrappers Soak gently until soft to prevent tearing.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the lean ground beef. Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce, stirring for about 5-7 minutes or until cooked.
  2. In the same skillet, add in 1 cup of shredded carrots and 1 cup of chopped bell peppers, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened but still vibrant.
  3. Fill a shallow bowl with warm water and gently dip one rice paper wrapper for about 10-15 seconds until soft.
  4. Place the softened rice paper on a clean surface, add fresh basil leaves, and a portion of the beef and vegetable mixture. Fold and roll tightly.
  5. Serve the rolls immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
