Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Warm the milk until it reaches 110°F and froth with active yeast.
  2. Mix in granulated sugar, one whole egg, egg yolk, and melted butter until creamy.
  3. Gradually add bread flour and ground cinnamon, mixing to form a slightly sticky dough.
  4. Knead the dough for 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours.
  6. Roll out dough into a rectangle and spread with softened butter, then top with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Roll tightly into a log and slice into 9-10 equal pieces.
  8. Let rolls rise again for 30-45 minutes in a greased pan.
  9. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden.
