  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce Can omit if not available
  • 1 teaspoon Fish Sauce Optional
For Garnishing
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chopped for garnishing
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes Adjust according to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cooking the egg noodles according to package instructions, usually boiling for 6-8 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak generously with black pepper. Heat a medium-high skillet with oil, and sear the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink. Remove and set aside with the steak.
  4. Reduce heat and add butter to the skillet. Melt and add minced garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes until golden. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic sauce. Mix in steak and shrimp until heated through.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with green onions and chili flakes before serving.
