Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped cabbage, green onions, ginger, garlic, and mushrooms. Mix well until sticky.
- Preheat ramekins in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Add a spoonful of the filling to the bottom of each ramekin, then layer wonton wrappers and more filling, alternating until close to the top.
- Pour ⅓ cup water into each ramekin and cover with two wonton wrappers, tucking edges in.
- Steam the ramekins in a Dutch oven with water halfway up the sides for about 20 minutes.
- Drizzle with chili oil and garnish with green onions before serving warm.
