  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix Can substitute with White or Chocolate Cake Mix.
  • 2 cans Dark Sweet Cherry Fruit Filling Regular cherry filling can also be used.
  • 1/2 cup Butter (Sweet Cream, Salted) Melted for best results.

Method
 

Baking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly spray the bottom and sides of the baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Pour the dark sweet cherry fruit filling into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  4. Combine half of the melted butter with the yellow cake mix until crumbly.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the cake mix mixture over the layer of cherries.
  6. Drizzle the remaining melted butter over the top of the cake mix layer.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is set and lightly golden.
  8. Allow the cake to cool for a few minutes before serving.
